Snows Toyota Waterlooville

My experience at Snows Toyota Waterlooville was positive because they were informative, helpful and very polite. Helped me out with the concerns I was having with the car!

I would not recommend Snows Toyota Waterlooville because from the moment I purchased the car I have experienced problems. Whether through a lack of communication, sarcastic staff member or inability to complete paperwork correctly. The idea was to keep it simple and stress free. When dealing with Waterlooville it is bloody hard work. In order to be objective not all staff or experiences have been awful. That said would I buy from Waterlooville again .....ABSOLUTELY NOT. This is my first Toyota and whilst the car meets expectations I dread any dealings with Toyota Waterlooville.

The experience at Snows Toyota Waterlooville was fantastic because they diagnosed the problem, fixed then had my car back.

I would not recommend Snows Toyota Waterlooville because my car was serviced there an developed an oil leak afterwards. when the car was taken back to report the oil leak it was found to have a cracked sum bolt washer. Come on guys, you take your car in for service and it comes out with an oil leak. That could have wrecked the engine and i have oil all over my drive.. poor and shoddy workmansip.
